Cancellation Policy: Chiropractic and Massage New Patient appointment requires a 24 hour notice of cancellation or change of appointment. The fee for not giving adequate notice is chiropractic-$90 and Massage- $60.00. Standard Chiropractic and Massage appointment cancellation policy: Notice of cancellation and or change of appointment must be given no later than 9:00 am the day of your appointment. Fee for not giving adequate notice is Chiropractic--$10.00 and Massage--$15.00.
Exception to the cancellation policy will be made for the following reasons: Medical emergency illness (vomiting, diarrhea, and or fever) and funerals. Our answering machine is available to leave a message of cancellation after office hours.

Your credit card will not be charged if the cancellation policy has been followed. If you do have an unexcused cancellation of your first appointment the credit card fee for Chiropractic appointment--$90.00 and Massage appointment--$60.00.
